Ted Labender, owner and proprietor or ATLAS MARBLE & TILE, began doing tile work in 1966 in Chicago, Illinois.  He has been a member of the Bricklayers and Allied Crafts since 1976.  He is a journeyman tile setter and a journeyman marble mason.

His dedication is to the quality of his work, and the service he provides to his customers, traits that are often overlooked in this business.  He has been proprietor of his own tile setting business since 1990 working mainly in the pacific northwest of the United States, but also has many satisfied customers across the country, all of which being his “best reference” to this date.
